Your Samsung warranty became void the second you rooted your N5. So if you were to send it in to Samsung for any reason for repair or inspection. They'll send it back to you stating that rooting your N5 resulted in tripping Knox. They will still see that Knox has been tripped even if you unroot and flash a stock ROM back onto it.

No. As stated above, warranty is now void.

    Try this:-
    ◾Power off your device
◾Hold Power Button + Home Button + Volume Down Button
◾You should see Warning!! Text on your screen.
◾At the top right hand side corner, you should see some text, you can recognize Knox as Knox Warranty Void: 0x0 (Which indicates your warranty is not void, and 0x1 for void warranty)
Once Knox is tripped, that's it, it cannot be undone

Since you are rooted and knox is already tripped, you could try these videos, however, Ive never heard of them having any success. Knox is not easy to get around.

You can post as many videos as you like but "triangle away" hasn't worked since 4.3. I will say for the last time "if Knox has been tripped you cannot undo it".

Also I forgot to note that your warranty/insurance will still be covered if your paying your network carrier for handset protection. I've had my N4 swapped out couple times when I was having problems with it. I did trip Knox on those devices that I sent back to t-mobile. I don't believe they check for those kind of things as long as you don't mention anything along the lines of you rooting and unrooting it.
