    Hi All,

    I am fairly certain either I have something disabled in Package Disabler Pro OR I have something checked/unchecked in settings but what I absolutely know for certain is that I am NOT able to download or update an app in Google Play using AT&T data. I MUST be on WiFi to do so....

    Any ideas?
