I dropped my old note 5 with a case and the lcd broke. So, I went through insurance and was sent a new phone. I get the new one try to activate it but there seems to be a problem and they kick me off my unlimited data. I spend two hours on the phone and they they get everything working expect I'm only on 4g not LTE. I called them and they said they can't do anything. Anyone know what to do?
