    I dropped my old note 5 with a case and the lcd broke. So, I went through insurance and was sent a new phone. I get the new one try to activate it but there seems to be a problem and they kick me off my unlimited data. I spend two hours on the phone and they they get everything working expect I'm only on 4g not LTE. I called them and they said they can't do anything. Anyone know what to do?

    Take it to the store and see if they can fix the issue. If not, have them call the warranty people while you are in the store to get another phone.
