Duplicated Messages in Group Texts.

I keep getting duplicated texts from some people in the Group Texts. I uploaded a screen shot of it. I called At&t to see if it was something on my end or theirs. Its not from everybody, just from enough people to be really annoying.

That happens when your network connection is not good.

I am seeing the same thing on my phone. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
