4G all of a sudden not working

For whatever reason my 4g stopped working today. No matter where I went it never came on. It's been 3g all day. I've restarted the phone and taken the Sim card out and wiped the cache but nothing had worked! Any ideas?

I called Verizon. The first person couldn't help me, so they transferred me to a Tier 2 technical support specialist. She had me take out the Sim card and turn off the phone while she did something on her end. I'm not sure what. Anyway at first it seemed like it didn't work, but after about 10 minutes all of a sudden the 4G kicked in again
