Heating problem

Hi,

I had experinced no heating problem since yesterday. I was listening Spotify over data and the phone was in my pocket. After an hour I held the phone and it was hot. I made an Antutu test and my score dropped down to ~77000.

And now the phone gets hot a little bit more than usual. Not like an owen but warmer. According to cpu-z it is 36-42°C on idle and 52-62°C after 10-minute gaming (Shadow Fight 2).

What's your opinion? Do I have to worry? Did I damage the heat sink or thermal paste? Or just physiologically thinking it is warmer??

Also if they don't mention disabling bloatware on android. A web search will fill you in. Highly recommended.

As far as thermal paste don't know if any mobile uses it or if possible, galaxy s4 uses rubber insulating pads adjacent to processor. Seeking more info on swapping with paste.
