Just bought a Note 5 about a month ago. Great phone I love everything about it. However maybe once a week or so it just reboots randomly. I will be scrolling through the screen it will freeze for 1-2 seconds and I will see the Samsung logo. It reboots rather quickly and the problem usually doesn't happen for about a week. I was told to empty the cache which I did but doesn't seem to help the problem. Any suggestions would be great, my fiancee got the same exact phone at the same exact time and she doesn't have this problem at all. Someone told me maybe its an app i'm using I use AVG to scan for all apps? Any help would be appreciated.

I would try to do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem

Yeah, I would do factory reset. Then not install apps and see if it does it. AVG is only scanning apps for malware, the app could still have corrupted during install.
