How to get out of Bootloop on my Note 5

I rooted my phone and everything went good. I have TWMP but my backup isnt there so im pretty much screwed on that part.
Im in a bootloop right now because it just keeps saying "Kernel is not seandriod enforcing" and I have no clue how to flash a stock ROM if Odin doesnt take the .zip files of the firmware

You have to unzip the files first - Odin uses tar.md5 files.
