Gear 2 Neo. Worked with my S5 and now my Note 5.

Using a Gear 2 Neo myself, probably going to upgrade to Gear S2 in a few days. That is unless I go back to my iphone 6s +. Love both phones!

Still using my Gear 2 that i used with my Note 3. It works fine with my Note 5. But I'm not gonna lie, the Gear S2 looks really nice! I just can't justify the upgrade since my Gear 2 does everything I need.

The only reason I haven't purchased a new LG is because I like my gear 2 so much. I will use it until it dies. My gear 1 just died when it was about 2 years old.

If you are using the Gear S2 for weather updates than that is your problem. Waste of battery and dumb. Use the phone.

How is it any more "dumb" than using a watch to check emails or texts or sports scores or anything else that it can do?

I have a Garmin 235 connected to my Note 5. Activity tracking and optical HR from a leader in the fitness tech space, plus I get notifications, weather, calendar, and whatever else I can find in the app store. Garmin Connect doesn't have near as many apps as android wear and the face isn't all that great compared to an AMOLED screen, but the battery lasts for over a week. Oh, and super accurate GPS when I want to go for a run.

I was waiting for the Moto 360 Sport, but after hearing the reviews, the Garmin was the much better choice for activity tracking and running.

I bought the Gear S2 classic with the $100 promo $$$ from Samsung while it was on sale during the holiday. I can't complain, it works well. At the same time it's what I thought it would be. A cool toy I'll wear now and again.I know one ultra busy person that gets a ton of emails and uses the watch to check on them instead of picking up the phone/using the computer all the time. It's practical for him, but not so much for me.

Im using the GS2 with my Note 5... both T-Mo variants... Im EXTREMELY disappointed with the battery life on the watch. I dont play with it often, the screen is not set to be ALWAYS ON, it stays connected to bluetooth but yet I can barely get through a day before this thing is shutting down. I also have the Gear S(1) and even with the screen set to always on, I could easily get through a 1.5 days before it dies. Any ideas as to what might be going on???

The perfect mate - The Gear S2 3G. My battery is good for a day or more. There are things that you can do to save battery life, like control what updates the watch, etc. I think it is great!!!

LG Urbane. I think it looks great, others think it looks goofy and too big.

Don't even try to keep health stats.

Really wanted Urbane 2 before they pulled it. Would have bought and kept it anyway if they had software to run it.

I use the Gears S (3g) and I love it...except for the ridiculous charger. I think i must be up to my 4th adapter/charger for it now. I like being able to take calls on it and being able to leave my phone at home (and still receive calls) if i'm going for a run or ride. Or even being able to leave my phone at home if i am going to see a movie.
It's pretty seamless but it's not the greatest battery life. I JUST get through the day with the watch. I'm always charging the phone (Note 5) but I use it for work all day long to process orders and maps to meet clients.
I like the GPS and tracking on the garmin better. The waiting (Gear S) for the run app to get the gps started takes forever and it's not all that accurate.
I would have probably purchased a Gear S2 (3G) but they are not available here in Australia.

I had both the LG G Watch R and a 1st gen Moto 360, but for my purposes which lean heavily toward activity/sport use, my Garmin Forerunner 235 (used with my Note 5) has won me over.

The Forerunner 235 has all I really need - simple notifications for texts, emails, and apps (configurable by app), accurate and quick GPS to track runs, accurate activity and sleep tracking (on par with my old Jawbone Up24), wrist heart rate which works well for me (I wore it and a chest strap for a short while to compare #s and it proved accurate with only slight lags during quick changes during intervals). Lastly, add battery life that runs circles around my other watches.

The 235's screen isn't as beautiful as either the LG or Moto, but it is the best screen I've used in bright daylight.

Using my Garmin Fenix 3 but I have issues with bluetooth on my Note5. I previously had an OG Pebble which i thought was starting to die because of it, but I now have the same probs with my Garmin. I later found that many people are having the same BT problems. I am trying to hold out for the 6.0 update to see if that will fix it but Sammy doesnt seem to want to release it and I fear I may just have to bite the bullet and send it in for repair.
