Picture Transfer Issues PLEASE HELP!

Hello folks. I recently switched carriers from VZW to AT&T and the AT&T store used smart switch to transfer everything from my VZW Note 5 to my AT&T Note 5. For whatever reason, my photos and videos ended up out of order. I also tried transferring my VZW Note 5 photos onto my laptop and then on to my att Note 5, but I experienced the same problem. It seems as though the modified date changes on some of my pictures, and therefore it thinks it's putting them in order of date, but it's not correct. PLEASE HELP! It's driving me insane!! Thank you in advance!

Download an app called QuickPic. It has a fix date feature that takes the date from the EXIF info contained in the photo.
