When I connect my phone to my computer using the USB port, I can only see some of my files. I see my downloads to the phone, for instance. But I can't reach the system folder, so I can't get to the phone's ringtone folder. And thus I can't add my own custom ringtones. I was able to do so on my old Note 3. I've tried showing hidden folders and items on Windows Explorer. I've made sure to choose the media storage option on the status bar of the phone. It's as if I can't get to the top directory on my phone. Any ideas please?

At the same level as your download folder you can create a Ringtones finder, put your Ringtones in there and you can choose them as your ringtones.
