Enable High Contrast

I was just wondering how can I enable the high contrast option for Note 5. I'm currently on 5.1.1. I'm not sure if this is even an option for this phone. If not, are there any app that can replicate the effect of having a black outline?

try searching it in setting>accessibility,i think you should have that option although i am not sure.

It's under settings>accessibility>vision and turn on high contrast fonts.

That's weird. I don't have that option.

I have a Verizon version, and do see the "High contrast fonts" option. Wonder if this feature was removed by your carrier?
