    Ok so its been a good 3 weeks since i got the 6.0.1 update and i thought id ride it out thinking that things would change. However in-app and the web browser im gettin connection fail notifications. Any idea how to solve

    Data i heard factory resetting solves this issue so im backinng everything up now

    Before the factory reset, try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-23240. It's also worth seeing if this persists in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-23240
