connection issues

In apps like facebook soundcloud hulu instagram and gaming apps its constantly giving me connection error messages or woth soundcloud it only loads about 15 seconds then takes 5 mins to load another 15 seconds. Anyone have any solutions to this

Does this happen on WiFi, or mobile network?

Maybe there are some areas where coverage is poor, and that' causing error messages. Or, some type of network throttling is happening for streaming services. Another thought is that the SIM card is having problems since things are working well with WiFi.
