Received the marshmallow update for the note 5 N9208 (dual sim)? Don't want to brick my phone just yetWould like to know if anyone installed it and had any issues? Thanks in advance.

Firmware for Samsung SM-N9208 - SamMobile may have a firmware for your model. Not sure if you can apply a ROM for the SM N920CD to the SM N9208, but if a Marshmallow update is available for your model then you could try that instead of a ROM for a different model.

[GUIDE] How To Root SM-N9208 | Samsung Galaxy Note5 may have some information. Suggest asking on XDA for advice on if/how you can flash the ROM you want on your Note 5 model.

If i downloaded the firmware for my phone yet used a different country would it still work? For example i have the smn9208 note5 philippines, if i download the firmware smn9208 malaysia will it work? Since its almst june and no word yet if we're even getting marshmallow
