Can't download apps from the play store

Somehow I can't download apps from the Play Store I keep getting this error.

Are you rooted? If not than you need to go into the application setting/scroll down to the Google play store/ wipe the app cache and make sure all your apps are closed then open the Google play store again. If you still have this problem try doing a wipe of the cache partition in the bootloader screen. I hope this helps

Agreed. I had the same issue once and clearing the app cache did the trick.
