    Hello everyone,
By searching and browsing around, It looks like this has been going on for a couple of years. It's happening on Galaxy S phones and Galaxy Notes. What's more interesting, is that I have not seen any kind of solution, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Timewarner, etc... it doesn't matter.

I'm currently using a Galaxy Note 5, out of the box, with the latest Android updates.

If I enable WiFi on my Galaxy Note 5, the entire household is put to a crawl. This includes both wired and wireless devices. Real pain for online gaming, or Netlfix streaming.

If I go to my main home PC, which is wired directly into the router, I open a command prompt and type "ping -t www.google.com"

This is my ping withOUT WiFi turned on my Galaxy Note 5, nice <100 pings.

This is my ping when it IS turned on (after 15-20 seconds) > 200 and sometimes >300 ping times.

I've tried different routers, modems, I've done the whole reset, reboot thing but always the same result.
Somehow, my phone "appears" to be sucking up all bandwidth available in a network that is above average (25 down / 2 up )

Is this familiar to anyone ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Loyal Samsung Galaxy User

    Same thing here.
The only difference is that I am using Sony Xperia Z2. When the wifi is turned off every device in the office network works fine, but when I turn it on even the network printer stops running (I cannot reach it through network). Are there any solutions for this?
