Why can I only receive emails while connected to wifi?

Can only receive emails while connected to wifi

I have a Note 5 and I can only receive emails while connected to wifi my SP is Verizon running 6.0.1. This just started after the last system update N920VVRU2BPD4 on May 13th anyone else having this issue?

Go to Settings -> Backup & Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

You will need to reenter your Wi-Fi passwords and re-pair your Bluetooth devices, but this may resolve your issue.
