Why on my note 5 for the fast charge does "1 minute" really take 2 to 3 minutes Ling?

I have the note 5 and when I plug the charger in the fast cable connects but how come when it says 1 hour to charge it's taking more than that. It's like that for every 1 minute it says that's going to pass it's really taking 2 or 3 per fast charge minute instead of being really 1 minute. I've timed it to see when the minute counts down and each one is 2-3 minutes long. Why is it doing this?

It's an estimate. That's no exact science for your phone to say exactly how long it will take.
