I just bought a new phone today, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and I created a fingerprint (and backup) password. However, it isn't prompting me to unlock it with my fingerprint or my password when I try to unlock it, it just tells me to swipe to unlock, as if it didn't have a password set. I even tried switching to the pattern preset, and it still didn't ask for it. It only asked for the password once, after I cleared out a bunch of notifications from the home screen. Does anyone know why this is happening or have a solution for it? Thanks in advance.

RAM is full or the phone doesn't read the fingerprint very god when you put your fingerprint be sure you move your finger in many position for more fingerprint go to security/lockscreen> digital fingerprint.
