Dropped Samsung Galaxy Note 5 ..black screen

I dropped my phone tonight, screen turned an aray of colors then got stuck with a black screen and all the lights on. Did a hard reboot and light went off. Currently it is hooked up to my computer and red light is on as if it is charging but my computer is not seeing my phone... what do I do ?

Either a circuit board got cracked or a cable got loosened. I wonder if office depot might look at it for you. They fix broken screens, can't hurt to ask.

i have insurance on the phone and i don't mind getting a new one, i just need to be able to download the pictures off this phone, i wonder if a repair place could do this for me ...
