Home button self pressing, possibly caused by charger input?

Began happening out of nowhere one morning... didn't drop my phone or anything. Occasionally my home button will be unresponsive, as well as the power button. Sometimes both, sometimes just the home button... but never just the power button alone. They both started acting funny at the same time... to get them to work, I have to either shake the phone, or plug in the charger... the Google App was continuously popping up, until I disabled it... after that, my camera kept launching until I disabled the double tap home button feature. Have anyone else ran into this problem? It seems like my home button is self pressing, mostly when charging, but not always... and some how it's causing the power button not to work at the same time.
