My note 5 notifications sounds aren't very loud. Neither is audio when playing videos turned up all the way. Any suggestions?

In settings>sound, you should see a volume section that can be pressed. Click on that, and you should see the different sound levels; Ringtone, Media, Notifications and System. See if the Notification volume is set to a low level.
