"Open With" no longer available, I need it.

I inadvertently touched Home Budget to open a picture via my OTG. Now all my pictures/videos via OTG want to use Home Budget. How do I change it back. The Open With does not pop up anymore.
Using a Samsung Note5 with a ScanDisk OTG

Go to your Application Manager, find the Home Budget app, go to the Set as Default section and tap Clear Defaults. Done! You should now see the menu asking you again.

A simple solution that I will not forget. Sorry to be chicken little and thinking the sky is falling, but now the gallery is not an option to open my photo.

Mmm... that's weird. You can try also going into Application Manager, finding your Gallery app, and doing the same (clearing defaults) to see if that resets the app showing for images.
