So I have a Note 5 Android phone and I've really enjoyed this phone. But the most recent update is crap! I hate it! It got rid of my favorite features. It makes everything harder and it looks worse too. I regret updating it! Usually I get used to it. But I don't think I will this time. So now I'm desperately looking for a way to somehow reverse the update. Is that possible?!?

    Hey there!

Sadly, once an update is installed via OTA, it's usually permanent.

You're gonna have to get used to it, unfortunately. If the changes are too severe, see if you can find a way to get it to at least look the way it did before.

actually you can but it's so complex for a normal user to do so and it's gonna reset your phone.

Might be possible, but note that it's not easy and there's always the potential for something to go wrong.
