FIXED: JPG MSG from Desktop Loses JPG Except w/iPhone

AT&T Note 5 ..... From my desktop Mail App I'm attaching JUST a 31 kb JPG pic and addressing as (ie) phone #@txt.att.net. The Msg arrives with no Pic and I've changed Textra Pro from System to Legacy and tried 1 MB Max size vs current 600 kb (Is AT&T 1 MB now?) . No attachment arrives.

Edit:
I SENT the Same Pic to my wife's iPhone OK.
I RECVD the Pic in 3 different MSG Apps ONLY from her iPhone.

The Desktop route simply does Not work, even from Online Hotmail (live.outlook.com) and Yahoo Mail via AT&T Hm Pg Mail Link. "Android" (iPhone works) and using AT&T as ISP are the Consistent Links in the chain for blame, but I'm clueless.

The issue has morphed to a Desktop Issue Vs thinking my Textra Pro Setup was faulty

Solved -JPG MSG from Desktop Loses JPG Except w/iPhone

Staff-er Jessica in an AT&T Community Sppt Forum suggested (when sending from desktop) using (Phone#@mms.att.net) Vs. @txt.att.net .... and the Pic as a MSG Attachment and Inserted in the Message Body both arrived OK.

Never read this and hope it helps others.
