    I have a problem with my Sumsung note 5 smartphone.All of a sudden it started showing This window which reads "touchwiz easy home keeps stopping" on a blank screen. It's more than a month that I couldn't use my phone and the problem is that when I took it to a Sumsung maintenance here in Tunisia they told me that the "mother card" should be replaced and its price is worth buying a new phone. I should say that I still receive emails, facebook notes, instagram sharings.....but I can't make any calls fromit or access any application because it says that there are no applications used recently...BY THE WAY MY PHONE WAS BOUGHT IN THE UAE IN JUNE 2016. when I tried to reset to factory mode I forgot my password so I changed it and when I enter it and click on "confirm" it doesn't accept it saying that either the email or the password is incorrect. WOULD YOU PLEASE HELP OR TELL ME WHERE TO ENQUIRE SO THAT I CAN REPAIR MY PHONE. THANKS IN ADVANCE. FATIMA
