    I have Samsung Protection Plus/ Asurion and am going to make a claim with them (back broken glass).

    I know they can't send a Note 5, nor do I want a downgrade. I want a comparable phone with stylus.

    Anyone else send in a note 5 recently? What did they send as replacement? Did you have a choice?

    A refurbished Note 5. My wife is getting the SIM card not detected every once in awhile and they if we wanted to, they said a refurbished Note 5 it is. Don't think they that they will give a NEW phone for just the deductable. I mean, maybe next year lol

    They offered me a S8 or S8+ back in July, but I chose another Note 5. Once you accept the Note 5 if you have issues, you're locked in to the Note 5 replacement because you het a 1 year warranty & you're dealing with AT&T.

    That's funny as they told me that I could only get a refurb ntote 5
