Note 5 keyboard

I bought my note 5 off Craigslist which probably shouldn't have done it's already acting all screwy but for some reason a pop up keeps coming up saying "SAMSUNG KEYBOARD STOPPED RUNNING CLOSE APP"
driving me NUTZ!!

Was it factory reset? Also, go into settings about phone and check for updates. Just may need updating if the phone was reset and sitting unused for a while. I'm assuming it's a carrier specific phone for your carrier, and not an unlocked or rooted phone.
