Unable to login after hard reset of android samsung note 5 phone

I am unable to login after hard reset of android samsungnote 5 phone,the same account was used while the first time the device was set up, though the password was changed/reset, waited for 72 hrs still no luck, i have the account id and the password, i am able to login to other devices with the same account id and password, but not to the hard reset device,
please help !!!

Have you tried entering the old password?

Is the Google account still on the phone? If it is, remove it (you may need the old password, you may need the new one), then create it again. FRP doesn't allow you to delete the Google account with a reset.
