Tech21 Evo Tactical XT. As good as the Defender?

What does everyone think of this? Would it be a good alternative to the Defender? You see the Note 7 Defender the screen protector is part of the case meaning you can remove it like on other Defenders.

This case has no screen protector.

Very interesting. I swore off Tech 21 cases, but this doesnt look half bad protection wise.

I called verizon and they don't have any Note cases yet. I hope by next week they're out! I wouldn't mind taking a look at this case and the Defender. I still prefer Defender though.

Actually a couple ATT stores around here have this case in stock. Do you all think it's worth 50 bucks though compared to the Defender or wait until Defender comes out?

Just bought it! Not a bad case at all!! The sides of the case are raised up as well to offer protection for the edges too but it doesn't interfere with using the Edge features at all!! Overall I really like this case. It was 53 bucks and it doesn't include a screen protector but I recommend it for drop protection. I still might get the Defender because it will have the built in screen protector, but overall this is a very protective case!!

Since my replacement phone is finally shipping I just went to Mobile Fun and ordered the Samsung screen protector. I still have an IQShield that I will use initially with my Spiegen case until the EVO Tactical arrives.
