Found the article, it looks like it was people who ordered through samsung.com directly, UPS & FedEx want nothing to do with it No US exchange program for Galaxy Note 7 units bought via Samsung.com
Sounds like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. How stupid is samsung for this. Even if they can't be mailed back samsung should send them a phone and tell them to power down existing note 7 until further notice.
