Anyone who has this option should exercise it. Then you can get your upgrade restored without all off the hassle of the exchange program.1. Return the phone.
You might have someone give you a hard time, but stand your ground, you are eligible.Any idea if I'm still eligible for the recall if i have a cracked screen? Happened first day after 3 years with a note3 and no screen issues...
You need to get the manager and if that doesn't work, go to the district manager next.I wanted to return my phone for a full refund. I was passed the 14 day return and they told me I couldnt.
My Sam's Club said to call Wednesday afternoon to see if the new N7 is in stock. If not, then call about every other day. I wish they would prioritize and give customers that pre-ordered the N7 priority on the new resupply. Also I'm holding on to my N7 until they have a replacement in stock b/c I've had zero issues with heat during charging.

If it is Verizon, you aren't eligible for the recall. Unless Sams Club doesn't play by Verizon's rules.Any idea if I'm still eligible for the recall if i have a cracked screen? Happened first day after 3 years with a note3 and no screen issues...
