I've seen a couple posts on here about contacting the card company in order to get their money back. I'm just wondering has anyone who has been unable to get their refunds had any luck going this route?
I returned my Note 7 back on Sept 14th and as most are away of I STILL have not got a refund as my provider keeps dragging their feet.
Is this an option that might work since I've been trying everything?
