    I'm on JOD. It shows in the info of the phone under leased devices.

    My account also shows that my Note 7 lease started 8/14.

    I'll mention again. I'm not a troll. Let's focus on the issue here were trying to figure out when our phones will be in. I'll be glad to post any updates I get. I'm really hoping ups will provide more info later on today.
    I went into UPS MY Choice and changed it back to shipping to my home. All i did was remove the alternate shipping locations and it defaults to the home address. How long did it take to show that change on your My UPS?

    Mine went from Waiting for Ups to Exception to Exception/in transit. It's not showing picked up which is weird it just went straight to in transit. Maybe the ups system is goofed up. Usually it would show in transit sit and city state en route detail.

    Sure hope these guys are wrong.
    To be fair, they always say the phone will arrive on the release date, but it almost always arrives a day or two early.

    If they held back they have no choice. They would prefer being first.
    That could be. If the phones do not move today then TMO likely is being told to not ship early. We may never know for sure, but it is reasonable to assume TMO is holding the phones at Samsung's request.

    I would disregard what the reps say. Based on all the comments on here, the reps are obligated to mention the 18/19th dates to cover themselves. Frustrating though with these odd updates from tmobile and incomplete ups in transit updates without delivery date estimates etc.

    I b know some times with next day. They won't show anything more than , shipping processed, then straight to delivered. Not always enough time to update.

    Also when I ordered they assured me I wouldn't be charged until the phone ships.

    Issue is we dont have a orgin scan and its saying order processed which ALL of is us sitting in the same boat
    So all of us will probably have our phones later today then. UPS wouldn't be saying it'll be delivered today if it wasn't going to be delivered today. Even though they decided not to update our tracking info for some reason, they're still planning on delivering them today.

    Side note, I just received an email from T-Mobile saying my new account has been activated. I added 2 additional lines and ordered Note 3 phones for them. So since the lines are active as of today, they must have expected the phones to arrive today. Combine that with UPS saying the phones will be delivered by end of day today and I'm pretty confident it'll be arriving tonight. And then tomorrow (or later tonight) the tracking info will magically be updated after the fact.

    But nobody has gotten them yet, wouldn't someone in the US have gotten their phone by now if they're being delivered today?

    I called about doing that. They told me it won't make a difference because since the package hasn't gone into transit it won't delay anything.

    Still no email with shipping info (did my pre-order the moment ordering went live) and card was charged Friday morning.. As of right now site still says "being processed" and my ups lady has been and gone. Whoever the genius was that kept insisting we'd have them today, I only want to know if you ever get tired of being wrong?

    Very true but I do have a legitimate issue with them charging my card before it shipped when they told me it wouldn't happen till it shipped.
    That's what they did this weekend, right after they charged, "processed to ship".

    They said it is generated in transit from the ups mychoice when I tried to cancel the requested change to have it at my ups store by work.
