SIM Question for S7E to S4 to Note 7

I have a Verizon 7SE. I have decided to return it for the Note 7. However, my 14 day return window falls about 5 days or so short of my arrival of the Note 7.

I need a phone to tide me over.

I was thinking of buying an S4 to hold me over until I get the Note. However the S7E sim is a nano and the S4 is micro.

Do you think/know if a SIM adapter will work? I am hoping Verizon will keep the nano SIM active and I can just pop it into the S4 using the SIM adapter.

Adapters will work...but you are doing so at your own risk, especially when going from a smaller to a bigger size. You have to make sure the adapter is of good quality and the extra bumps won't make it get stuck in the SIM tray or break inside it (when going from bigger to smaller, you just cut it and that's it). Sometimes it's just better to just buy a new SIM, but in your case since you'd have to buy two, it's something to think about.

A quality sim adapter will work. A bad sim adapter can damage the phone
