Sprint Note 7 shipping status

I personally think that it is a bunch of bs from sprint that people who ordered the phone on the first day they started taking orders for the phone are not getting the phone or tracking number, but people who have ordered the phone over a week after the first day are already getting tracking info and in some cases, the actual phone, meaning they can already claim a free 256GB micro sd card, and someone who ordered way before them can not get the sd card because they are on a first come, first serve basis. And another thing, the phones where supposed to ship BY today (the 17th), NOT ON TODAY.

I finally just received both order status update saying my phone has been shipped and its on its way along with email shipping notification. I also checked ups website and while it doesn't say shipped yet it does say order processed waiting for ups N SO I AM GOING TO ASSUME THAT SPRINT LITERALLY JUST PREPARED MY PACKGE FOR SHIPMENT THEN CREATED TRACKING INFO ALERTED UPS N NOW ITS JUST WAITING FOR UPS TO GRAB THE PACKAGE LATER TODAY N THEN IT SAYS IT WILL BE SHIPPED 2 DAY AIR SO ITS GUARANTEED TO BE DELIVERED FRIDAY AT THE LATEST, but since I live only 1 hour 45 minutes from the Louisville Ky warehouse my phone should be delivered tomorrow although I will not complain if it takes until Friday as I am just happy to know that I'll be receiving it Friday August 19th at the latest so yea I'm finally stress free I also wanna wish everyone else good luck who hasn't yet received anything as I'm confident it will be shipped so don't worry or stress out as I literally just received my updates status and email shipping notification @ approximately 7:20pm eastern time

I'm in the same boat as a lot of others that preordered on the first day with no notification or updates on tracking. Should we be preparing our words for customer service if we don't get a tracking number tonight considering the guaranteed shipping date of 8/17 and all the later preorders that already have theirs? Lol I know it's just a phone, but this is pretty messed up to leave the early preorders out to dry

Just Ups. They didn't even ring my door bell because I was home and just decided to check my tracking and it said that it was delivered. I got the email at 12:30 saying it has been delivered and the phone was delivered at 3:30.

So I called Sprint and spoke to a so-called order specialist who tells me that the phones are still on backorder and he has no way of finding out when they are being shipped out even though some of us have already gotten the notification and the tracking number I ordered my phone on the 3rd and have yet to receive anything it's complete b.s.

@ wolverinex LISTEN BRO I JUST GOT MY TRACKING N SHIPPING EMAILS PLUS STATUS UPDATE CHANGED TO SHIPPED ABOUT 7:20pm so don't worry just yet as I'm almost sure if you ordered prior to the 16th @ 3pm central then your phone will ship today n just because you haven't received a status update and or a notification email with shipping confirmation n tracking doesn't mean it's not been shipped yet or that it won't be shipped tonight okay trust me ups will be going to sprint to pick up packages between now n probably 9pm maybe a little later and also sometimes the system doesn't update immediately for everyone as the truth be told all of our phones could have been shipped out at the same time and were all getting notifications sooner or later it's nothing to worry about until tomorrow morning after 8:30am eastern time and you still have nothing

FOR EVERYONE WHO IS CURIOUS I PURCHASED MY NOTE 7 BLUE CORAL AUGUST 12TH n I just received a status update plus tracking n shipping notification and information approximately 7:20pm tonight so obviously their continuing to ship phones probably up until and around 9 or 10pm so just hold out hope guys n try to be positive im sure everyone who ordered prior to 3pm central August 16th will have their phones shipped out this evening or its already been shipped and you'll receive updates later tonight AS THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO SHOULD WORRY IN MY OPINION ARE THOSE WHO HAVE SPECIFICALLY RECEIVED A STATUS UPDATE TELLING THEM THEIR PHONE WONT SHIP TODAY OR THAT IT'S ON BACK ORDER okay other than that I believe everyone should be alright

I have to LOL at account services cause they do not know what to say since the web page says it will ship today. So the lady put me on hold 3 times then said she still can't get a hold of them for the tracking number (ya right like there is 1) so she said she will call me back when she gets them to respond to her. 1 million to 1 i never get a call back. and maybe 50/50 my Aug 3rd order gets here before the weekend. Just sad how they operate with no order in which they ship them.
