Sprint Note 7 shipping status

So I call the sprint store I pre ordered the note 7 from to ask if there was a chance of them getting them in early tomorrow. So the sales men I talked to told me that even if they did get them in tomorrow they can't sell them because the release date is the 19th. I don't think he listened when I said that I pre ordered the phone already. What's funny though is that the manager from that store hinted at me that I would get it early if they get them in early when I preordered the phone on the 4th.

So with the ups app will it notify you when a new package is shipped to your address? Without having a tracking number.

I see T-Mobile has begun there shipping.. come on sprint let's get moving here

My message says Sprint will ship before the 17th.

He understood you correctly, he was following policy. If they did they, they'd get fired...no question. That policy is super strict and I would know...I worked there.

It will notify you with a tracking number. The Sprint website with the tracking number is what was delayed in my case with my grandsons iPhone.

I know, I've done the Samsung Promotions thing before and got the 32" Samsung TV for the S6 Edge plus last Xmas. 😊

Just about 4 weeks. The FedEx guy left it at the bottom of my driveway, in the snow, wrapped in a big plastic bag. Unbelieveable. But it worked fine.

It's only FedEx that does that. The UPS guy backs that big Brown truck right up the driveway (about 350 feet)! Lol FedEx has left pricey car parts down at the road beside the mailbox. FedEx is fast but lazy, at least the driver in my rural area is anyway.

YUPPPPP. Not a single way around that one. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news there. The only way to possibly get it early is if your home preorder comes to your house early.

That hasn't been case here in my city. They call individual customers as it comes into store with Samsung Flagships and Apple releases to help with crowd control on release day. That has been my experience and what I'm being told for Note 7's release day.

Yeah. We would call you as they came in, but we're legally not supposed to sell them. Those IMEIs show up on reports, and in turncan cost us our jobs. We would get write ups for much less. I can't speak for your city, but that Sprint store didn't seem pretty smart.

ugh i hate fedex. The tracking is never correct. tracking will say delivered tomorrow. Then i walk out my door to go to out and find a package sitting there. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. Its the same experience with everywhere i lived. Ikea uses fedex grrr wish they didnt. hehe

Well thats the rule. Last year i pre ordered my note 5 from bestbuy. i received an email like 2 days prior saying my phone has arrived (i guess they scanned the imei into my acct. not sure) so i drive up to bestbuy and they tell me i cant have it till the release date. Even though i saw the Note 5 boxes stacked up behind the sale rep. lameee

Really starting to not like sprint. So sprint customer service had no idea about anything. So the lady sound like she just guessed after trying to look up what I can already look up myself. Told me it says it will ship on the 17th. Don't think she understood that ship by means it could ship before or on the 17th. Guess I'll have the phone Friday hopefully knowing sprint
