    Yes, I heard the same. I ordered 3rd aug (around 3 am), att black onyx and they told me it won't be shipped till Friday. I can only pray that something real bad happens to the company in future. Please God listen to my prayers and punish these people. #Goinginsane

    I don't think the issue is only with AT&T. I ordered a T-Mobile black model on the 16th and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet..

    And mine was "Shipped" the 20th and was in Texas and now I look today and they changed the ship date to the 22nd and it's still in Texas but still supposed to come wednesday....This launch is so screwed up that getting a tracking number isn't even the end of your worrires.....I hope my Silver one comes Wednesday cause I'm off from work and will nice to sit home and set it up...

    Got a shipping notice, but it was for the Galaxy Note7 S-View Flip Cover, Clear. At least I will have a cover when and if my phone ever ships. Black/AT&T ordered on 8/5. I originally ordered on 8/2 at 9pm PT on ATT.com, but AT&T screwed up my order and cancelled it. Oh well. The three other accessories that I bought have no shipping date also.

    I did and this has to be the shortest lived forum I have been involved in. I have cancelled my order today because Samsung could not give me any clear idea on my phone. I am an iPhone user and was making the jump. Looks like that is not happening now. if their service at Samsung was this bad I can only imagine if I had any issues with the phone itself.

    So, looks like the units are being shipped from DFW.. That explains why I received my gear fit 2 within 2 days of placing my pre-order on the 3rd, and got the shipping confirmation email for it AFTER receiving it (I'm based in Dallas).
    I hope I can get the phone itself by the end of this week, and I hope it's not defective. Would hate to go over the whole process again.
    And don't blame Samsung for Digital River's shortcomings. For what it's worth, I received my iPhone 6 plus a month after I pre-ordwred it. Never easy getting a new phone through mail, that's why people line up on first day of release.

    So after not being able to sign for the package online, I also can't pick it up at my local fedex because samsung used FedEx home delivery so some dude has his FedEx truck parked at his house with my phone in it and the only way I can get it tomorrow is to skip work to come pick it up after he drives in tomorrow.

    The customer care are not answering any call since yesterday. I want to cancel my order after hearing about the bad battery life in the note 7. Can you guys give me another number?? I am calling at 855-726-8721 but no one answering my call.

    I got a notification about the free SD card and the wall charger that I also ordered from Samsung.. both are on backorder and will be shipped when their stock gets replenished. Still no word on the black TMo note7.

    News sources are saying that the note7 demand was extremely underestimated and that Europe's release date will be postponed because of this.

    I pre ordered through samsung because I'm on a tmobile prepaid plan and wasn't able to order the phone through tmobile unless I chose a brand new post paid plan of at least $50 plus the $20 sim card kit. So I would have had to pay an extra $70 to get it through tmobile and have an extra sim card/plan that I wouldn't use. With samsung , they just sell you the phone.

    Definitely....I ordered on the 17th and got my silver one today...The fact that people who ordered on the 3rd still dont have their phones is absurb....

    I ordered my Onyx T-Mobile Note 7 on Aug.2 and have had the charge on my card since that day (PayPal).

    I called Samsung support today and asked to speak to a manager. After asking me several times why I wanted to speak to her manager, she finally transfered me.

    The manager pretty much told me the info you guys have already posted - she ensured me that the phone would ship by Aug.26 and that I would receive the phone by Sep.3 at the latest. I'm hoping this is the absolute truth...

    I guess the only silver lining is I received my Gear Fit 2 on Aug.5.

    I ordered through Samsung naively thinking I would be able to get the phone earlier. I placed my order on the 3rd at around 9pm for T-mobile in Coral Blue. I received the Gear Fit a few days later. I haven't heard anything since. What's worse is that I can't even see my order on the Samsung account. I've called their support line at least 5 times and each time they claim "it's being shipped this week." Anyways yesterday a rep told me to hold on and wait for the shipments they would be doing on Friday. But we shall see.

    This experience will dissuade me from any further preoders from Samsung.

    Ordered Aug 3 (2am) through Samsung....thinking would be fast delivery.....and Tmobile could only bundle with another plan and $20 SIM (didn't want either). Guess Tmobile never thought an existing customer would ever need a new phone.

    No phone, no info, no way to get info since site order stuff is broke. Guess we are the 1st to ever order a phone from them.

    Put $900+ order on CC and only have a sport watch that says I have climbed 1000's of floors....even though I never even go up one step.

    Every day that passes helps me remember not to ever do this again.
