I'm in the club, future delivery for Friday the 19th with Free Fed Ex 2nd day shipping.

Is your hostage release date the 18th or 19th?

I think mostly everyone is. It's a bit misleading when they advertised two day/overnight shipping, when it really isn't. I guess you can make a technical argument that it is, but I don't think it holds that much weight.

The devices are being forwarded to local hubs from warehouses and should then deliver on 8/19 to customers vie sender release (the carrier or Samsung). Apple does this as well for launches. The two day does not really apply for launches, since the availability date defines delivery targets.
