Submitted on the 19th, and enroute email on the 22nd. No Fed Ex email yet.

They shouldn't have used the term "en route" when describing where it is in the process. Mine has been en route for 9 days now with no Fed Ex information. It would have been much more simple to say that it is approved, and you will be receiving a shipping label sometime in the next 12 weeks. That would manage expectations better.

Same dates and info for me...wondering if the smalls had a shortage or haven't went out yet?

I ordered 2 sdcards. It put me at getting them at or a few days after Veteran's day if it goes the 12 weeks and im literally 2hours from Plainfield, In. 30 mins from Chicago.

I'm with Sprint and I ordered the Fit2. Submitted my claim on the 19th. There was an issue with the document I submitted which I was made aware of on the 21st. Sent in the proper document on the 22nd, and was approved on the 24th. This is when it said that my gift was en route to me. I got a tracking number on the 30th, and my Fit2 was delivered on the 31st at 11:00am. I hope this helps those who are still waiting to kinda give you an idea of the timeline.

I have the same dates too with a small. I'm thinking there was a shortage in the small. I called customer service today to ask why it says in route if it's not in route. He said it's in route to fedex. So hopefully something will change soon. I'm getting antsy

Got my Gear today. Submitted on the 19th. It feels like it got here quickly because I'd forgotten about it. I got the shipping email on the 27th and never even tracked it. Quick and easy!

I know in the scheme of life this is nothing - life truly rocks. But, my co-worker is having a little too much fun with the fact that he submitted his info for the Gear Fit2 AFTER I did (by an hour or so) and then received his confirmation email, shipped email and now his watch before me!

I received the "Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and we are currently processing your gift for delivery." so far - but nothing else.

Oh well, it does say, up to 12 weeks for delivery.
