Some people who were booked for 3/10 are getting theirs tomorrow - check your replacement order email and it will say shipped.
I spoke to a manager at samsung shop uk about 20 minutes ago.

Just phoned 01628 402 031 and they said they have booked me in for 3rd October... I wish they would have told me earlier so I didn't have to chase them like this.

My replacement email says shipped but stuck on "shipped dispatch currently being processed" anyone else?
