I am looking for the option to fine tune the power savings like changing the screen resolution, etc.,but couldn't find it

In the notification panel, I can for example enable the mid option

However once selected, there is no option to customize the power savings. Tapping on more settings brings me to this

Going through settings - battery brings this up:

Hm odd. Maybe Verizon tweaked them?

Below on my T-Mobile variant I can get to the battery screen, select mid or high, and then I can choose / customize what I want it to do before applying it.

Go to Settings and then Battery. That should let you choose MID and then Customize to tweak the resolution. I have the Verizon model and it works, though I haven't messed with changing the resolution yet.

Figured out the problem... It was something I disabled with pdp. I enabled everything but the power saving option changes didn't come back until I restated the phone
