Phone Screen when in call doesn't turn back on when I move the phone away from my ear
Basically the screen goes dark when I bring the phone up to my ear, as it should to prevent accidental key presses with my ear. However when I move the phone away from my ear the screen remains dark (off) so I can't interact with it. I have to hit the home or power button to get the screen to turn back on.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am not seeing this myself.

Remember, if you have a security feature on like fingerprint and it is locked when you pick up a call it will not turn on when you remove from ear. Same if you lock your phone after you dial. Basically if your phone is unlocked it *should* turn the screen on when you pull away.

Thank you for the replies. I'll have to keep an eye on it... It's happening at home and I have smart lock engaged so the phone shouldn't be locked. I can't recall if AOD was on or not.
