What is the best set up/way to toggle between the Touch Wiz UI and a second or third UI?

What is the best way to toggle between the Touch Wiz UI and a second or third UI?
 
Used to be able to press the Home Button and it would give you a menu to select the UI? Anyone know how this is done on Note 7?
