My wife's Galaxy S5 was getting very old and stale so I decided to kill two birds with one stone. I traded it in at Rogers for the Note 7 and passed my 10 months old Note 5 to her. Now I have a black Note 7 64Gb and she has my titanium silver Note 5 64Gb. Everybody is happy. The trade-in deal at Rogers was beyond my expectations and greatly offset the cost on Note 7 contract upgrade. I successfully transferred contents of N5 to N7, except the bulk of my SMS messages disappeared. I use Textra for messaging. That's weird. Otherwise, everything works well. At this moment the phone is off the charger for 11 hours and I used only 49% of the charge after heavy use. So far, so good.
