    I keep getting this message pop up on my screen. It just started this morning. When tap to retry, it doesn't do anything. Any idea what this is or what I need to do?

    It says Can't Get MMS>Check settings>MMS>APNs>tap to retry

    Ensure mobile data is on and the APN settings are correct. Which carrier do you use?

    Carrier is Verizon. Mobile data is on and my Access Point Name shows Verizon. I haven't gotten the message again, so maybe it was just a fluke.

    I'm getting the same message. It stopped for a few days now it's back.
