I'm still debating whether or not I'll just switch back to my note 5 until Samsung and att put out a plan for replacements. I'm a little nervous , but I'm not having any issues with my 7.i don't think at this point it will do any good to call or go to an att store. This recall was unexpected and they probably need a little time to get their service personnel trained on what they are going to do.
I'm with ya. No point in continuing to contact store or customer service reps until we have official statements I, too, also need to decide whether I stick with Note 7 or go back to Note 5 in the interim.
