You value customer support and retailers value customer loyalty. Perhaps you should work with Samsung and you might get more support instead of acting entitled and lying down in the middle of the store on your back, kicking and screaming because the store doesn't have you silly little cell phone available. A retail/customer relationship is just that: a relationship. Where both sides are human, make mistakes and work together toward resolutions that make everyone happy. Not one wherein the customer disrespects the store and expects rewards.
