Fitbit Alta and Note 7

Through a promo at my work I got a Fitbit Alta (hoping it will motivate me). I spent hours last night trying to sync it with my Note 7 and it wouldn't work. I found out today that apparently the note 7 isn't a compatible device (which is quite frustrating). I did hear though that others were able to somehow get their Alta to sync with their Note 7. I was wondering if anyone here had done that and could explain step by step what I needed to do.

The Alta shows on my phone's Bluetooth when I try to sync it just says "connecting" but never actually connects. TIA!!

Wish mine would! I was excited to get it and start using it. Maybe I will try deleting it from my phone and start from scratch. I can't get much help from Fit bit since it isn't on their list of compatible devices.

That's odd, my Fitbit charge hr worked with no issues, so hopefully if you delete and reinstall that solves it for you!
